First Visit to the Vet

• Complete Physical Exam
• 1st Distemper/Parvo/Hepatitis/Parainfluenza Vaccine (DHPPi Vaccine)
• Fecal Exam
• 1st Deworming for commonly found worms
• +/-  Heartworm  Monthly Prevention Medication depending upon the season of the year.

Age: 12 Weeks

Second Follow-up Visit

• 2nd  Distemper/Parvo/Hepatitis/Parainfluenza Vaccine (DHPPi Vaccine)
• 1st Bordetella Vaccine
• 2nd Deworming for commonly found worms
• 1st Lepto Vaccine
• +/-  Heartworm  Monthly Prevention Medication depending upon the season of the year.

Age: 16 Weeks

Third Follow-up Visit

• 3rd  Distemper/Parvo/Hepatitis/Parainfluenza Vaccine (DHPPi Vaccine)
• 3rd Deworming for commonly found worms
• 2nd Lepto Vaccine
• Rabies Vaccine
• +/-  Heartworm  Monthly Prevention Medication depending upon the season of the year.

Age: Six Months

Fourth Visit

• Spay or Neuter Your New Puppy

Age: 12 Months

The Annual Visit for Best Preventive Health Care

• Complete Physical Examination
• Distemper/Parvo/Hepatitis/Parainfluenza Vaccine (DHPPi Vaccine)
• Rabies Vaccine (every 3 years after 1 year old)
• Fecal Examination
• Lepto Vaccine
• Bordetella Vaccine
